Nice clean hotel in a beautiful location. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a mini fridge. Downside was no room tea / coffee making facilities and a paucity of electric sockets. Breakfast was nice but disappointed by poor qiality of our coffee... this is Italy!
Just a wonderful place to turn off from the world and relax. The room decor could use an upgrade. But the rest of the hotel is so beautiful, gorgeous marble everywhere, beautiful furniture, cozy places to read a book. The staff was very nice (Hello Valeria!). They welcome my doggie and don't charge extra for parking. I can't say more about the pool, just beautiful and the perfect spot to watch the sunset. comfortable lounges and unlimited sun.
A few things I did not like: I booked the hotel looking at Google maps, I though their private deck lead to blue Garda water, but alas, it's murky green water. The swimming pool compensates for that though.
The Aperol spritz was weak and flat and we were not served the costumary snacks, our table neighbors were though.
Dog owners are segregated to the pool side varanda not allowed to enjoy the lake side for breakfast.
Really nice hotel with a beautiful private beach full of wildlife, outdoor pool and bar. Great parking and just a short walk away from Sirmione. The staff were really friendly and helpful (and spoke English). The room was clean, modern and big with a balcony looking onto the side of the lake. Only issue was it got quite hot in the room and we didn't want to open the windows due to there being quite a few mosquitos about. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed a total of 5 nights at Hotel Miramar. We were greeted by a very welcoming and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast - served by a wonderful crew - was always something to look forward to: delicious coffee and croissants and fresh fruit, while watching Lago di Garda and the mountains in the background. Perfect location and a great patio to sit on in the evenings with a tasty glass of wine from the region. Can’t wait to return!
One of the best hotels in the 3-star category around Lago di Garda. The Miramar offers a great value; moderate pricing for a Sirmone hotel. ----- Well maintained lobby, pool area and direct lake access. Good (serviced) breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. ---- Secured on-site parking is very comfortable for guests. ---- Sleep comfort can be limited in some cases due to thin walls. Overall, a very good choice for a few days vacation.
